What data we receive
Only what you enter in a request: name, phone or email, company name, description of the work or request, country. We use no advertising trackers and do not sell data.
Why
To answer your request: find a job, clarify conditions or discuss a staffing need. Legal basis: your consent and steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Who receives the data
Your request is passed to an Novos Trade coordinator via a secure messenger. Data is shared with third parties only with your consent — for example, with an employer when arranging your start.
How long we keep it
No longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correct or delete it, and withdraw consent. Message the coordinator on WhatsApp and we will reply within a reasonable time. You may also contact a data protection supervisory authority.
