Questions and answers

For workers

How do I apply?

Open a job and tap “Message the coordinator” — WhatsApp opens with a ready message. Or leave a request on the job page and the coordinator will contact you.

Is the job still open?

Every job shows its post date. Availability changes quickly, so the coordinator confirms it on the day you get in touch.

Which documents do I need?

It depends on the job: usually a Polish residence card, Polish visa, biometric passport with PESEL or an EU passport. Each job card lists them.

What does “employment via a Polish company with A1” mean?

Your employer is a Polish company and you are insured in Poland while working on a site in Germany. See the “Work in Germany” guide for details.

Is housing included?

In all current jobs, yes: free or €150–450 a month deducted from pay.

Which languages can I use?

The site is in Russian, English, Polish and German. You can write to the coordinator in Russian, Ukrainian or Polish.

For employers

Which specialists do you provide?

Current focus areas are finishing work, plumbing, solar installation, warehouse, sorting and production. Other profiles on request.

How fast can we get people?

It depends on profile, headcount and location. We give a real timeline once we know the task — no “within 24 hours” promises.

Which countries do you work in?

Current projects are in Germany. Other EU countries can be discussed for a specific request.

Which cooperation models are possible?

Recruitment, workforce supply (including posting via a Polish company with A1) and on-site team coordination.

What do you need to start?

Type of work and skills, headcount, location and start date, schedule. The form takes a couple of minutes.
